1	Please enter your product ID : If you do not know your Product Id, please check your order confirmation email, user guide cover, or CD case/slip. Did you purchase PhotoScore Ultimate or AudioScore Ultimate within the past few months? Please tick this box if the product was purchased on or after 1 July 2019 to be eligible for a free upgrade to version 9.
2	Has this product been registered by yourself or your institution?  If not, please do so by clicking here (opens in new browser window).
3	Enter the email address you registered your product with:
4	Choose the upgrade you would like to order: PhotoScore Ultimate 2020.1.14 Upgrade (Free) - USD $0.00
5	Verify the amount below, and click Order*. Order Total:     Only click once - it takes a few seconds to process. After your details have been verified and the card transaction (if appropriate) has been successful, you will be emailed a URL, username and password allowing you to access the ordered files.  If you requested a minor upgrade download, you will be taken to the download area immediately.
